This highly impactful role will work cross-functionally with teams like customer success, product, operations, systems, and sales to ultimately help establish a consistent customer journey. Come join us and help create a delightful experience for our customers.</p> <p><strong>How You Will Make a Difference</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review contract amendments and subscriptions to ensure accurate customer billing</li> <li>Create high value transactions such as usage based invoices </li> <li>Confirm various customer billing terms and meet those criteria</li> <li>Maintain a working knowledge of all standard processes to support and guide internal stakeholders as needed</li> <li>Assist in month, quarter, and year end close cycles by reporting accurate data</li> <li>Support in special Accounts Receivable and Accounting projects</li> <li>Participate in testing for billing improvement projects</li> <li>Identify opportunities to resolve challenges within the order to cash processes</li> <li>Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2-3 years of billing experience within a SaaS organisation, experience with SOX a plus.</li> <li>Experience in accounts receivable platforms; Stripe, Zendesk, Salesforce, NetSuite is a plus.</li> <li>Understanding of accounting principals.</li> <li>Experience supporting and testing billing system improvements.</li> <li>Comfortable with both following and developing process documents.</li> <li>Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Index Match, Sum If, etc.).</li> <li>You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast.
