Overview

RoleUp is an Irish job board connecting job seekers with recruiters. By using RoleUp you agree to these terms.

For Job Seekers

• You may apply for jobs without creating an account
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit
• CVs and application data are stored securely and deleted 90 days after an application closes
• You may not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent applications

For Recruiters

• You must have a legitimate business reason to post jobs
• Job listings must be for genuine, current vacancies based in Ireland
• You may not use candidate data for any purpose other than evaluating applications
• Subscription and single-post fees are non-refundable once a listing is published

Acceptable Use

• You may not use RoleUp to scrape, spam, or harvest contact information
• You may not post discriminatory, illegal, or misleading job listings
• We reserve the right to remove any listing or account that violates these terms

Intellectual Property

RoleUp and its content are owned by RoleUp. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of this site without permission.

Limitation of Liability

RoleUp acts as a platform connecting job seekers and recruiters. We are not responsible for the outcome of any hiring process, the accuracy of job listings posted by recruiters, or any loss arising from use of the platform.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
